Group cabin categories for this cruise are double-occupancy only. Single, third and fourth guests are available upon request and are at the discretion of the cruise line, based on availability. Third and fourth guest are available as an upgrade and would entail an upgrade charge.

You will be advised of your designated arrival time to the cruise port upon completion of your online check-in. It is important that you arrive at your designated time. You must arrive at the cruise port no later than 3 hours prior to departure to allow time for the check-in process. Any guest arriving within 60 minutes of the departure time will risk being denied boarding.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your travel investment in case of unexpected cancellation. Travel can be unpredictable and country restrictions change regularly. Please understand that the cancellation policies listed in the Terms and Conditions will apply, and you are highly encouraged to purchase travel protection for your trip.

• Gratuities are not included and average — per person, per day — US$18.00 per person per day. Gratuities are subject to change.

Travel Documents:

Must be an Active Member in Good Standing to Travel:

You understand and acknowledge that participating in DreamTrips is a benefit of DreamTrips Membership; therefore, your monthly membership fees must be current and paid in full at the time of travel. If you book a DreamTrips package and cancel your membership, or your membership is in inactive status at the time of travel, you understand and acknowledge that your trip will be cancelled and subject to refund as outlined in the cancellation policy for your particular trip.

Cancellation Policy*: Once booked, this trip is non-refundable and non-transferable to another trip.

*This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations in applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.

Name Change Policies: Name changes are not permitted for the DreamTrips Member(s) who booked this trip and are only allowed for people who are traveling with said booking member. Name changes must be done no later than January 30 and are subject to a fee of up to US$100. Name changes after this date are not allowed.

Transfer Policies: Booking transfers from one member to another member are not allowed on this trip.

• Pricing shown is for each person and is based on 2 adults per cabin.
• Members can’t combine DreamTrips Points. Your membership level determines the maximum amount of DreamTrips Points you can use. 
• Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.
• In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.
• Make sure that your passport and visa, if applicable, are up to date before you leave! It’s important to double check that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you’re traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this DreamTrip will apply.
• Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your DreamTrip is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book and pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will not be permitted to board the ship.
• Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual cruise lines, hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults. Therefore, before you book any travel, please check the relevant hotel or resort website for applicable terms and conditions as well as details regarding their pricing structure.
• Please don’t consider your change requests official until you receive a confirmation email from us.

Royal Caribbean:

• Guests younger than the age 21 who are not traveling with a parent, grandparent or court-appointed legal guardian must travel with an adult 25 years of age or older and stay in the same stateroom. Infants younger than 6 months in age are not permitted by the cruise line to travel.
• Final cabin locations are at the total discretion of the cruise line and will be assigned once your reservation is completed. Please allow 24-48 for your official Royal Caribbean confirmation.
• Upgrades are at the discretion of the cruise line, based on availability and would entail an upgrade charge.
• Expectant mothers are prohibited from traveling on this trip if pregnancy is 23 weeks or longer on date of travel. Penalties will apply if cancellation is required.
• Bonus offer(s) direct from the cruise line may apply at time of booking, subject to DreamTrips Specialist approval. All Cruise Line offers are based on availability, subject to change, and not guaranteed through DreamTrips. Promotions may not be combinable with all fares.
